Blackstone's Future Women Leaders Program is a unique 1.5 day experience among financial firms, giving participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions.
The program is open to sophomore women who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with business and recruiting professionals at Blackstone's headquarters in New York City. The Blackstone Future Women Leaders Program introduces the knowledge, training, and skills necessary to a well-guided career path.

Requirements:
To be considered for the 2016 Blackstone Future Women Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
· Currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore student
· Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2017 - Spring 2018
· Must be available April 14 and 15, 2015 for the program; no alternative dates will be provided
